The Laser Technician Program prepares students with the technical knowledge and advanced skills required to excel in laser and light-based treatments within the beauty and medical aesthetics industry. CNTAA Academy students are trained on industry-leading techniques, ensuring a high level of professionalism and competency.

The curriculum covers:

• Anatomy and physiology of the skin and hair
• Laser and light physics, technology, and safety
• Laser, light, ultrasound, and radiofrequency treatments
• The business of laser and light therapy
• On-site practicum and supervised clinical training

Students receive extensive hands-on practice working on clients and models. Tutorials are delivered in a positive and professional environment, ensuring graduates remain industry-relevant and workplace-ready.

This program is approved as a vocational program under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005.
