The Medical Aesthetician Program provides students with both foundational and advanced training in cosmetic and medical esthetic practices. CNTAA Academy students are prepared to meet the growing demand for skilled professionals in medical spas, dermatology clinics, and aesthetic practices.
The curriculum covers:
- General anatomy and physiology
- Basic chemistry, electricity, and nutrition
- Microdermabrasion and microneedling
- Laser and IPL treatments
- Body treatments and chemical peels
- Introduction to skin injectables
- Medical aesthetics business and client management
Students participate in extensive practical training with clients and models, ensuring real-world readiness. Our program combines technical expertise with professional development so graduates can confidently enter the industry.
This program is approved as a vocational program under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005.
